Founder & Curator
Arnt Eriksen, Founder and Curator – rethink is the direct result of his engagement and passion for communication, marketing and the converge media consisting of traditional, digital and social media. His network abilities and positive energy are the reason rethink conf manages to attract and invite so many renowned speakers from around the globe. His background is in advertising and marketing, where he has worked as a creative designer for over two decades, most recently as Executive Creative Director at Nordic.Agency – part of the Ogilvy network.
Jonas Fredin, Partner and Creative Technologist. Jonas manages all interactive touch points for rethink and it’s sub-brands, and acts as the curator’s “right hand man” in everything having to do with the production of the conference, ensuring the highest level of quality at every stage. Jonas is a passionate Front-end Developer, Graphic- UX Designer, Speaker, Teacher and a budding young entrepreneur to be reckoned with in the future.

Carina Behrens, Content Manager. Carina co-manages rethinks blog and all social media. She has a degree in journalism and visual media, and also works in Nordic.Agency as a Copy and Content Creator. Carina is passionate about blogging, content marketing and the use of social media in business. She is also a coffee junkie and spends a lot of time watching (and writing about) movies.
